After nearly ten years spent on the other side of the world — in New Zealand and then California — we chose to return to France, guided by our passion. We settled in Languedoc, instantly charmed by a 27-hectare estate nestled in the heart of Hérault: a small 2-hectare vineyard, a house, a cellar… and above all, a place made for dreams, creation, and putting down roots.

Here, we found much more than just land:

A place to build a family, grow vines, craft wine, and most importantly, share it.

Mas de Salente is not just a vineyard — it is a living, breathing farm, where vines and animals set the pace of the seasons. Horses and sheep accompany our days among the vineyard rows, while we plant trees, hedgerows, and meadows to foster a rich and harmonious ecosystem.
We grow and plant grape varieties typical of the region, as well as others we encountered along our journey and came to love.

Our ambition? To create wines that tell a story. Wines with structure, intensity, finesse, vivacity, and character.
But all of this only makes sense if it is shared.
Starting mid-2026, we will open the doors of the Mas to offer immersive, genuine experiences. Moments of life where everyone will live our vision, our rhythm, our way of cultivating the land.
