About us.
Originally from Paris and Toulouse respectively, we spent nearly ten years on the other side of the world, in New Zealand and then in California, before choosing to return to France in 2023, guided by our passion, our search for deep meaning, and the desire for a long-term life project, one that would last a lifetime.
We settled in the Languedoc region, 30 minutes northwest of Montpellier. We were instinctively and immediately captivated by a 28-hectare estate nestled in the heart of the Hérault, at the foothill of the Larzac plateau: a small 3-hectares vineyard, a house, a cellar… and above all, a place made for dreams, creativity, and putting down roots.

More than a vineyard.
It is a living, vibrant farm, where the vines and animals set the rhythm of the seasons, while we plant trees, hedgerows, and meadows to foster a rich and harmonious ecosystem.
We grow and plant historic grape varieties from the region, along with others discovered throughout our travels.
We farm according to the principles of organic and biodynamic agriculture.
Our ambition is to craft wines that tell a story. Wines with structure, intensity, finesse, vibrancy, and character.
