Ïralta

This cuvée is largely composed of Grenache Noir from the Les Oiseaux and Les Chevaux plots completed with Cinsault and Syrah. The grapes are partially destemmed (around 70%). The 2024 vintage was bottled in spring 2026 after ageing in amphorae and in barrels that have previously held two or more wines.
